Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. The promotion period begins on 6th May, 2019 at 12.00 a.m. and ends on 2nd June 2019 at 12.00 a.m.

Eligible entrants must:

1. Complete the entry form at www.beproperty.net.au

2. Comply with the Beproperty T&Cs and TOS; and

3. Only submit one entry per person

This Beproperty competition is operated as a Trade Promotion with a random draw to win our cash prize. People must complete and comply with eligibility conditions above.  

Employees of Beproperty and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.

Draw will take place on the following dates for the weekly cash prizes

1. Monday 13th of May at 9:00am AEST

2. Monday 20th of May at 9:00am AEST

3. Monday 27th of May at 9:00am AEST

4. Monday 3rd of May at 9:00am AEST

5. Monday 3rd of May at 9:00am AEST for the $1000 cash prize

6. The draw will be conducted at Royal Pines Resort Ross St Benowa QLD 4217

7. Prize winners names will be announced on the website and winner will be advised via email on the date of the draw by COB that day.

For the Weekly prizes The first eligible entry drawn will receive a $150 cash prize transferred to their nominated bank account or a bank cheque mailed to their address.

For the Monthly prize The first eligible entry drawn will receive a $1000 cash prize transferred to their nominated bank account or a bank cheque mailed to their address.

Total prize pool is $1,600

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on each of the dates for the draw as necessary in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required the winner will be notified by email.

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes. You can close your membership at any time and once opted out you will no longer receive any marketing communications.
